Gon Bops California Series Drums 
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, Drum Workshop, Inc. guarantees the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, congas, bongos, cajons and other like instruments are free of material and manufacturing defects. Any damage caused by misuse, accident and/or improper maintenance will not be covered by the terms of this Warranty. This Warranty is limited to wood and metal shells, all component metal parts such as hoops, claw hooks, tensions rods, side plates, and other hardware used for tensioning and and mounting. This Warranty does not include natural or synthetic heads or skins. If under normal playing conditions, parts covered in this limited five year Warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. Items may be returned to an authorized Gon Bops dealer, or Drum Workshop, Inc. may be contacted directly to obtain a Return Authorization number. Original serial number must appear on product if applicable. Removal of serial number from badges or like signage or labeling will void Warranty agreement. Any California Series product that has been altered or modified in any way and is not as originally purchased will void this Warranty agreement. Maximum liability pursuant to this Warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the Warranty claim. Gon Bops TUMBAO™ SERIES 
THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Drum Workshop, Inc. (DW) guarantees that Tumbao™ Series Drums are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date. Any damage cause by misuse, accident and/or improper maintenance will not be covered by the terms of this warranty. Drum Workshop will repair or replace defective products such as congas, bongos, timbales and other like instruments free of charge to the original purchaser upon delivery of the product to an authorized Gon Bops dealer. This Warranty does not include natural or synthetic heads or skins. Drum Workshop, Inc. may also be directly contacted to obtain a Return Authorization number. All component hardware and metal parts such as hoops, claw hooks, tension rods, side plates, brackets and other hardware for the purpose of tensioning or mounting will be covered for a period of three (3) years. Other complete stands such as conga, timbale and other like stands are covered from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Other small instruments such as cowbells, shakers, tambourines, tempo blocks and other like instruments are covered from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year. Proof of purchase and status as the original purchaser are required for Warranty coverage. Original serial number must appear on product if applicable. Removal of serial number or badges or like signage will void Warranty agreement. Any Tumbao™ Series product that has been altered or modified in any way and is not as originally purchased will void this Warranty agreement.
